Returns

– All products to be returned must be in its original packaging and in salable condition with complete accessories and manuals, otherwise additional fees will be required.

– Return service is available within 30 days from the date of purchase.

– Reverse shipping fee is required.

– All returns are subject to validation and approval at SAIZO’s discretion.

– If you have purchased a SAIZO product from other channels instead of SAIZO official website, please apply for returns on the channel on which the purchase has been made.

Refund
